Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on jlll1. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or in combination with third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, jlll1 reserves the right to permanently suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at the time of Account creation and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlll1 will rely on the information provided during registration for KYC, payment processing, and communication purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jlll1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify jlll1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jlll1 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID) and may include proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jlll1 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
All transactions on the jlll1 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlll1 does not apply currency conversion charges for PHP-denominated deposits. Transactions in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.
jlll1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, InstaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited to your jlll1 Wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfers and InstaPay deposits typically process within 15–30 minutes during banking hours. jlll1 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a business day are processed on the same day in most cases. Requests submitted after the daily cutoff are processed on the following business day. jlll1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing timelines may vary for VIP tier Players as set out in the applicable VIP program terms.
jlll1 will only process withdrawals to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. jlll1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Cashback credits issued through the jlll1 VIP program are credited without additional wagering requirements unless the applicable VIP tier terms specify otherwise. VIP tier classification, cashback rates, and associated benefits are determined by jlll1 at its sole discretion and are subject to change.
All games offered on the jlll1 platform operate under rules specific to each game and game provider. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules. jlll1 is not responsible for technical malfunctions or interruptions originating from third-party game providers, however jlll1 will endeavor to resolve such issues in accordance with the affected provider's published malfunction policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlll1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. jlll1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by jlll1's negligence.
jlll1 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. jlll1 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance via the platform's notification system.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.
